MS Holdings — Junior Associate, Legal & Corporate Compliance
Location: KINFRA, Kakkanchery
Experience: 1-2 Years
Work Mode: On-site
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle MCA filings and statutory compliances
• Maintain statutory registers and corporate records
• Support Board/General Meeting documentation
• Assist with corporate governance and legal compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
Requirements:
• CS Executive completed / CS Professional pursuing
• Hands-on experience with MCA portal and Companies Act, 2013
• Good drafting, documentation, and organisational skills
• Experience with LLP & Section 8 compliances is an advantage
